Why we started
Most pest control visits go like this: a tech walks around with a sprayer, says very little, and leaves a bill. Homeowners are left wondering what was sprayed, whether it worked, and what happens next.
We do it differently. Every visit starts with an inspection and ends with an explanation. You should know what pest you're dealing with, why it's in your home, what we're doing about it, and how to keep it from coming back. That's not extra service — that's the job.
How we work
We inspect first. No treatment plan without looking. Pests leave evidence — droppings, frass, mud tubes, entry points — and the evidence tells us what will actually work.
We target, not blanket. Spraying everything everywhere is lazy. We treat where the pest lives, travels, and enters. That means less product in your home and better results.
We fix the cause. A treatment kills what's there. Sealing a gap, fixing a leak, or trimming a branch keeps the next wave out. We tell you both.
We follow up. Some pests take more than one visit — bed bugs, German roaches, termites. We say so upfront and we come back until the problem is solved.
